Shipping Policy

If you need an item shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day or UPS Next Day Air, please contact us at 888-820-2457 to check availability prior to placing your order.

Our Shipping cut off time is 3:00PM EST

Most in-stock items are shipped the same day.

If your order will not ship within 2 business days you will be notified via email or phone.

Expedited Shipping orders must be received before 2:30 PM EST or they will be shipped the following business day.

Delivery dates do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. For example, if you order on Monday morning with two day delivery, your order will arrive on Wednesday. If you order on Thursday morning with two day delivery, your order will arrive on Monday, which is two working days after the order date.

Standard orders received after 3:00 p.m. EST may ship the next business day.

A street address is required for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is not available for orders shipped to APO boxes and United States territories.

UPS will not deliver expedited to certain rural addresses.

We will contact you promptly if the shipping company makes us aware of it.

NOTE: Some items are large and/or heavy and must be shipped freight. Please call for a shipping quote or to place your order for these special items. These items will be so designated in the description and you will not be able to add them to your cart.

*Please inspect your package upon arrival for damages. "you are able to refuse it when damaged" If you accept it damaged you will have to file a claim with the shipping company UPS USPS etc. Laundrygear.com will have no control over damage claims.
