Brittney came on board with us to get us caught up with all the data, photos and updates. With her professional expertise, Brittney will be making the product images better and improving descriptions, adding new items, and making sure everything looks great.

As we move towards the end of 2021, the trickle down effect is catching up to the commercial laundry industry as equipment lead times increase from weeks to months, and in some cases up to a year. Replacement parts are becoming, in some cases, harder to obtain with certain items not being manufactured due to the materials and labor shortages. Items from overseas are stalled in transit or unable to ship due to the intense backlogs in the overseas shipping industry.

We will be offering many items for pre-order if we are out of stock. The items will show as "Back Order," but you will be still able to place an order and as they become available, your order will be fulfilled.

To help keep shipping costs low, we are now offering USPS First Class Mail for small items up to 13oz. When your items are eligible, the USPS First Class shipping option will show available at checkout.

We will be adding many new items to the store in the near future with diagrams and quality images. At this time, we currently list only about half of our inventory; so, if you don't find what you're looking for, please give us a call or shoot us a message and we will be glad to provide you with pricing and availability.

We have just added the ability to login to LaundryGear using your PayPal user credentials. This saves you the hassle of having to create and remember yet another set of user credentials.

In all, we now support logging in from the following platforms:

• Google
• Facebook
• Twitter
• Yahoo
• PayPal

We hope to add the following in the future:

• Linkedin
• Microsoft

Just start the login process like you normally would by clicking on My Account at the top right part of the page. Then, click on the Green SIGN IN button. The Sign in window will appear. Just click on the Social Media icon for the service you wish to use.

If the email you used with your social media account matches an existing account in the LaundryGear.com system, you will be asked for your LaundryGear password so you can link your accounts. Also, please note that not all social media sites will return your email address to our system. If this is the case, you will be asked to enter your email. We need this so we are able to communicate with you about orders.

The upgrade to the LaundryGear store is complete and the store is back online 7*24*365.

What is yet to come:

• We'll be updating the photographs on many products to give you clearer images with higher resolution
• We'll be adding the ability for you to login using your PayPal account so you have one less set of user credentials to remember. This will also make it easier to checkout and pay via PayPal.

Major Change:

• We had to purge all orders that were executed prior to the upgrade. We do have the information available in an archive.

What's more annoying than having to register for yet another Web site? We get it! 

To make your life easier, we are implementing methods to allow you to use your favorite Social Medial accounts to login to LaundryGear.com. We currently have enabled Facebook, Twitter, Google and Yahoo.

As of 31-AUG-2021 we have upgraded our site software to the latest version. In addition to full-time SSL/TLS security, our pages implement the latest mobile-friendly standards for optimal viewing on all devices --- from smart phone to tablets to desktop computers.

We will also be reviewing and updating our product offerings and adding higher quality images of the items for sale in the coming weeks. We appreciate your patience in the mean time.
