To request return of an item, click on the link to view your orders, then view the order than contains the item to be returned. At the top right of the order summary page will be a link to view/request returns. Click the link and identify the item(s) to be returned. We will evaluate your request and email you back with an RMA number if we approve the return.
Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
Attach a copy of the sales invoice, all refunds will be credited to your method of payment.

Important Notes Regarding Returns
♦ Canceled orders are subject to a restocking fee no exceptions. Fees will vary per vendor and will be applied when all items are returned and credits are applied, this could take up to 90 days to settle a transaction. Credits will be applied to the payment type used at purchase.
♦ We accept returns for items that are defective. Items which are returnable will be so indicated in the product description. The number of business days from the order date for which returns are allow, are also indicated.
♦ Most Electrical and Electronic items are non-returnable.
♦ Please note that orders must be marked COMPLETED in our system before a return can be requested.
♦ The RMA number must be written on the package or it will be refused and returned to you.
♦ Returns must be in the original new un-opened, re-sellable packing. No exceptions!
♦ Shipping charges for returns and warranty parts are a responsibility of the buyer.
